Privacy & Game Notice
Free trucking game. Separate game account.
Motor Carrier Simulator is a free browser game from NationalLoadBoard.com. It is built for entertainment and uses its own game database separate from National Load Board carrier, broker, dispatcher, and subscription accounts.
Leaderboard and social features can show display name, company name, score, load count, fleet count, contracts, and game performance stats. Email is not shown publicly.
Your Motor Carrier Simulator login is separate from your National Load Board account. Connecting a real NLB account may be optional later, but it is not connected right now.
National Load Board admins can review game accounts, reset stuck company files, remove abusive accounts, review leaderboard issues, and back up the separate game database.
If you create a free game account, Motor Carrier Simulator may send gameplay reminder emails from support@motorcarriersimulator.com, including reminders to start a company, return after inactivity, or celebrate game milestones.
Email Preferences
Game reminder emails are optional. You can turn them off from the Office screen while signed in, or by using the unsubscribe link included in each reminder email. Account support or security-related messages may still be sent if needed.
Basic security and fairness
The game uses server-side account checks, rate limits, owner-scoped saves, and server-calculated leaderboard scores. Obvious edited or impossible saves may be rejected or reviewed.
Messages and friends
In-game messages are only for Motor Carrier Simulator friends. Do not send private, sensitive, payment, tax, legal, or real carrier credential information through game messages.
Deleting game data
You can delete a company file in the game. An admin can also delete a Motor Carrier Simulator game account or reset a stuck company file if needed.
National Load Board policies
This game notice is meant to explain Motor Carrier Simulator specifically. National Load Board's main website terms and privacy policy still apply to use of the website.
